· How Do I Order Online? - Simply visit our online store at www.skaggsfamilyrecords.com. All payments for online purchases will be made through Pay Pal. If you do not already have a Pay Pal account you will need to create one in order to make online purchases.
 
· How Do I Order By Mail? - You can purchase product through the mail by sending a check or money order made payable to Skaggs Family Records. Please include appropriate shipping costs. To determine the cost of shipping, please email amber@skaggsfamilyrecords.com or call us at (615) 264-8877. If you are placing an order from outside the United States please send us a money order verses a check.
 
· How Do I Order By Telephone? - You can place telephone orders by calling (615) 264-8877. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
 
·What Is Skaggs Family Records Demo Submission Policy? - Skaggs Family Records policy at this time is that we do not accept unsolicited material.
 
·When Will I Receive My Order? - You can expect to receive your product within one-two weeks from the date in which the order was placed. Processing times for international orders may vary due to customs and collection of shipping costs.
 
· Does Skaggs Family Records Ship Internationally? - Yes, Skaggs Family Records will ship orders internationally. All international orders are subject to additional shipping costs. If placing an online order, please be advised that you will be notified by Skaggs Family Records of the shipping cost shortly after your online order has been placed. This cost will need to be paid through Pay Pal prior to us sending out your product.
 
·What Should I Do If I Am Moving? - Please notify us by emailing amber@skaggsfamilyrecords.com so we can update our mailing list to ensure that you receive special offers, artist information, or contest opportunities.
 
·When Will You Ship Pre-Ordered Titles? - All pre-ordered titles will be shipped out on the day of release.
 
·What Is Skaggs Family Records Policy For Returns, Exchanges? 
·Defectives: If you receive a defective item, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience and we will replace that same item free of charge.
 
·Mis-Ships: If you received a different item than you ordered, we will replace it with the appropriate item free of charge.
 
· Exchanges: We will allow our product to be exchanged for another Skaggs Family Records item if the product is un-opened.
